About Danielle Erickson

How it all started:

Born and raised in Aspen, Colorado, Danielle learned to love theatre early in life.  Her father Tom, who worked in a cabaret, would regularly take her to work where she would absorb the racy songs and choreography and then innocently perform them for her preschool class.  She spent every Summer in theatre camps and dance classes and started working professionally at the age of 12. To continue her theatre studies, she auditioned and was chosen to attend Denver School of the Arts as a theatre major. For 5 years she studied Stanislavsky, Grotowski, Shakespeare, Moliere, Uta Hagen, and performed in many different venues and forms... Usually as a leading lady, and sometimes as a leading man. She even performed in Edinburgh, Scotland at the world’s largest fringe festival and at the International Thespian Convention, both times as the ingenues. Since graduating from Theatre school, she decided to follow her other passion...Math. She is now attending Colorado School of Mines working towards a degree in Biochemical engineering with the goal of creating her own make-up and skin-care line. She continues performing during the Summers to pay for her college degree.

Currently:

Danielle is currently a Junior at Colorado School of Mines as a biochemical engineering student.
